LONDON and UAE, January 18, 2024 – Deus X Capital, the $1 billion family office backed investment and operating company, has partnered with Fabiano Consulting, the bitcoin mining advisory firm, to explore opportunities in the bitcoin mining space. The partnership aims to position Deus X as a leading investor and treasury management provider for bitcoin miners seeking funding and strategic advice, including opportunities for expansion and corporate structuring.
Fabiano Consulting will provide valuable expertise in evaluating new potential investments in the fast expanding bitcoin mining industry while exploring opportunities to develop trading, treasury and financing solutions within Deus X’s existing portfolio businesses, such as Alpha Lab 40.
Fabiano Consulting is led by founder and CEO, Amanda Fabiano, who was previously Head of Mining at Galaxy, the digital assets and blockchain financial services and investment manager, where she worked with Deus X CEO, Tim Grant. Fabiano brings more than ten years’ industry experience to the partnership, including former roles at Fidelity.
Deus X aims to include bitcoin mining in its complementary portfolio of investments as it seeks to invest in, build and operate companies that are helping to build a faster, cheaper, and more accessible financial system.
